Ask A Trainer. Today I’m here with Pro Result® trainer,
Kayla. Kayla, how are you doing? Pretty good, thanks. How are you? Great, thank you for asking. Today’s question comes to us from Camille
A. Camille asks, “Is Aqua Fit alone, 3 times a week, enough exercise to lose weight?” The great thing about Aqua Fit is it does
provide the cardiovascular exercise that most people are looking for, as well as providing
the resistance from the water. So, it’s definitely a good all-over body
workout. It burns lots of calories, but I would also
like to emphasize that you want to make sure that your nutrition is on point. You can’t out train a bad diet. Aqua Fit 3 times a week is a good exercise,
it’s honestly one of the most ideal exercises I would recommend for people who just want
to get a full overall body workout, burn some calories, build some muscle, that kind of
