Neck Bends Side wards
Stand straight with the hands on the waist. Bend your neck side to side 5 times each side. Stand straight with the hands on the waist.Bend your neck up and down 5 times each side. Neck Rotation Clockwise
Strand straight with the hands on the waist. Start rotating neck first clockwise 5 times, and anti clockwise 5 times. Shoulder Rotation Clock and Anti Clockwise Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hands by the side, rotate both shoulders together clockwise 5 times. Repeat anti-clockwise 5 times. Hip rotation Clock and Anti-Clockwise
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hand on the hips, rotate your hips clock wise
5 times and anti-clockwise 5 times Ankle Rotation Clock and Anti-Clockwise
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, hands on the hips. Rotate your ankle clockwise
and anti-clockwise 5 times. Repeat the same for the other side. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart,
hands on the sides. Life the toes of your feet alternatively while making a tapping
sound. Marching
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Raise your hands forward with palms down parallel
to the floor. Raise the knee high alternatively so it touches the palm. Repeat 5 times each side. Spot Jog
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend your hands forward and make a fist. Jog
on spot while lifting the legs alternatively. Do this for 20 seconds.
